JBP COMPANY UPDATES:

Thirty (30) new support agents are currently being trained. As a result our response time is expected to significantly decrease in the upcoming weeks.
The funding and withdrawal departments are currently experiencing difficulties in completing various tasks due to the issue with SolidTrust Pay which we are anticipating to be resolved soon.
Members are advised to set up accounts with all three payment processors: Payza, SolidTrust Pay and Liberty Reserve. As soon as the Current STP situation is resolved -- which should happen within a few days -- the daily withdrawal limit for STP is expected to be raised considerably.
The Matrix Cycling Conferences will be adding an hour to their sessions starting this Sunday. The new schedule is as follows:
Sundays: 7pm - 10pm EST
Tuesday: 11am - 2pm EST
Thursday 7pm - 10pm EST
The restart is expected to be done around 7/30/12. As a guideline up to 50% of every eligible member's JSS-Tripler positions will be converted. Matrices from the last restart are currently being placed; the process should be completed in 14 days.
JSS-Tripler daily earnings are current while the placement of newly purchased JSS-Tripler positions are behind (about 24-48 hours).

Last week was spent making sure we had enough new hires in Member Services. We also put out some fires that come with the territory.
We also spent time dropping in on the daily conferences to see just how our moderators are doing, what needs to be addressed in areas like live support etc etc.
This week we are working on bringing in a new branch and hope to have interviews going and getting this new group in place.
We will be posting ads for all positions to be filled on the Job board.
Going to be a fun week for sure.

Our Member Services team has been receiving some inquiries in reference to some changes happening with payment processors. The
payment processor industry has been hit with new licensing expectations as well as significant growth in the last quarter. This
has caused delays with certain providers and changes with others. To be better prepared for these situations in the future, we are asking
our members to establish an account with each of the pay providers we utilize. The verified accounts with each provider will insure better
access to your funds and deposits to your accounts.
Occasionally we experience technical challenges with certain providers that are out of our control. In these situations, we find ourselves at
the mercy of the provider to get these issues resolved. Having multiple accounts will allow you to switch over to another provider if
one of them is experiencing technical challenges.

We have been working with Payza over the last several weeks during their transition over to their new affiliate website,

As early as July 20, 2012, Payza will begin utilizing this new affiliate site to process transactions for www.JustBeenPaid.com. This transition will also be made by many other organizations on the 20th. Our strong working relationship and good
communication with Payza has paved the way for easy transition for our company. We request that each member start the process of creating and
verifying their new account as quickly as possible to facilitate a smooth transition to this new provider. You will still be able to
utilize your funds in Payza as they will be acting as an exchanger for their affiliate website.

Id like to see the just been paid admin issue thier own debitcard in the near future, I know stp now offers a card but it would be a nice option should thier be processor delays in the future and we know there always will be. Also given the size of the membership, it would seem a second site with the same indefinitely sustainable model would be wildly supported by members.
Well, Frederick has been asked about that on his conf calls, and he said they would NEVER open their own pay processor.
But maybe with the recent problems, he might be rethinking that?
