Got Me A Bad Connection

I had lots to say today, but have had trouble staying online all day! Could be my hot-to-trot laptop, or AOL, or a problem with the lines being loaded due to the School Shooting here yesterday.

If you're in the U.S. (and maybe Canada), you may have heard about it already. Another School shooting less than 3 miles from Columbine 10+ years ago.

This time it was a Middle School (called Jr High back in the day), and the shooter got off two shots with a shotgun, hitting two kids (who are going to be alright, thank God), before being tackled by one very brave Teacher.

The part that really ticked me off today was after the shooter appeared in Court, the Judge posted bail at 1 Million dollars cash. Now I'm sure no one will come up with that kind of money BUT what the f*** was he thinking allowing bail to be posted at all? I mean HELLO! The 32 year old man shot at two kids, hitting them, and the Judge will let him out on bail?!?!?

What is wrong with that picture? Sheesh!

I agree Judy. What kind of nut would even think about letting this fool out of jail. Can you imagine entering a school and firing shots at young kids? What is going on these days!!!

I hope the guy is locked up and never let out. What kind of motive would a person have for trying to shoot a kid at school. Its really hard trying to figure out what is going on today with some of the idiots out there.

Hey Randy,
Being a retired Teacher I'm sure you can relate to that incident. All the Teachers and Staff there were on the scene said they just needed to protect "their kids". TG for them eh?
The guy is obviously a nut case and should be locked up. Still can't figure out what that Judge was thinking. Very sad.
